DustLV is an intelligent dust monitoring device based on advanced optical detection technology, designed for photovoltaic module pollution monitoring. Its core function is to accurately evaluate the cleanliness of the panel by capturing the changes in light scattering and reflection on the glass surface, thereby providing a decision-making basis for the efficient operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
DustLV has a built-in high-precision optical sensor, combined with blue light short-wave measurement technology, to sense the slight changes in the optical signal in real time around the clock and output the dust accumulation index. When the pollution level exceeds the set threshold, the device will immediately trigger an alarm, prompting the operation and maintenance personnel to arrange cleaning operations as needed to avoid ineffective cleaning and power generation losses.
Optical non-contact measurement
Based on the changes in the intensity of reflected light and scattered light, the pollution level is accurately determined without embedded circuits or connection to the component current system.
Real-time monitoring of dust accumulation index
Automatically output pollution indicators such as light transmission loss (TL) and pollution rate (SR) to quantify the pollution status of the component.
Intelligent threshold alarm mechanism
Automatically issues a reminder when the set pollution level is reached, and supports access to the automated operation and maintenance system.
IP65 protection level design
Can be directly installed on the side of the module or in an equal plane position, and share the cleaning method with the photovoltaic panel (dry cleaning or water washing is possible).

DustLV is suitable for all conventional photovoltaic modules. It is recommended to install it on the long or short side of the module, ensuring that the monitoring window faces the sunny side. Due to its non-contact measurement design, the device body does not need to be connected to the photovoltaic system circuit, and has no invasive effect on the existing structure.
