It outputs pulse signals, enabling rainfall measurement by recording the number of pulses.
Structure of tipping bucket rain gauge
- Pluviómetro: Located atop the sensor, it collects rainfall and channels it into the interior through a standardized aperture.
- Filter Screen: Installed beneath the rain inlet, it blocks debris such as leaves, insects, and dust to prevent clogging.

The water collection port collects rainwater and injects into the metering bucket through the water injection port.
