Wind Tunnel Laboratory
YanTai Sensor operates its own circulating wind tunnel laboratory, fully automated wind speed calibration laboratory, air temperature and humidity calibration testing area, and optical darkroom, equipped with over 30 sets of advanced equipment.
Established on March 20, 2023, our Wind Tunnel Laboratory Center is a premier research and testing facility under Handan Yunnong Wisdom Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.. Representing a strategic investment of 10 million RMB, with 5.6 million RMB, 1,000+ square meter complex stands as a benchmark in the industry. Notably, we take pride in operating the only wind tunnel laboratory in China with official CNAS certification, ensuring that our sensor data meets the highest international standards.
The laboratory center comprises a general office and a calibration room, equipped with a comprehensive management and technical system. It currently employs a professional team of nine members, including one Level 1 Registered Metrologist, two Level 2 Registered Metrologists, five testing and calibration technicians, and three internal system auditors. This highly skilled and experienced team ensures the smooth execution of calibration and testing services.
Laboratory Equipment and Standards
Our R&D center is anchored by a state-of-the-art Circulating Wind Tunnel Laboratory and an automated velocity calibration facility. Featuring 30+ sets of high-precision instruments, including a 75m/s dual-section wind tunnel and advanced solar xenon lamp systems, and have established rigorous enterprise standards for meteorological parameters. From wind speed and direction to solar radiation and soil moisture, every sensor undergoes meticulous testing in our Type Test and Environmental Reliability Labs to guarantee peak performance in extreme industrial environments.
