200 Sets of Greenhouse Temperature Controllers for “Cucumber Town”
Project Overview
To promote smart agriculture development in Handan, we cooperated with the local Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau to upgrade greenhouse facilities in Guantao “Cucumber Town”, Fudong Modern Agriculture Park, and more than 20 agricultural bases across the region.
The project deployed more than 200 sets of smart greenhouse systems, including greenhouse temperature controller, temperature sensor in greenhouse, and tube-type soil monitoring sensors. By integrating greenhouse climate monitoring, automatic ventilation, and soil data management, the project helped local growers achieve smarter and more efficient greenhouse farming.

Client Requirements
With the expansion of greenhouse cucumber cultivation, traditional manual management methods were no longer sufficient for stable production. Farmers needed a smart greenhouse solution to improve climate control and reduce labor dependency. The client’s requirements are as follows:

Project Results

Growers reported that when temperature exceeded preset limits, the greenhouse temperature controller system would automatically activate without manual intervention. Through the mobile APP, they could monitor greenhouse conditions anytime, even when away from the farm.
This smart greenhouse upgrade project significantly improved cucumber production stability and reduced labor pressure. It also provided a scalable smart agriculture model for Handan’s facility farming industry, supporting the long-term development of digital greenhouse agriculture in “Cucumber Town.”
